Hydration
Second only to oxygen, water is the highest priority for enjoying optimal health. Brain cells are the first to be affected by dehydration. When you wake up, drink at least a liter of water within the first 15 minutes. Your should organize a hydration schedule the same way you organize an eating schedule.
