Blood PH Balance
Although our body’s pH Balance must be in constant flux in order
to stimulate certain biochemical responses, a slightly alkaline diet promotes
total body balance. Although there are exceptions, natural foods, such as leafy
greens, certain nuts and dried fruits, are mostly alkaline. Animal based foods and processed foods are mostly acidic.If pH Balance were the
only concern, recommending a raw plant based diet would seem to make sense.
However, this fails to take into account other important elements for obtaining
total body balance, such as inflammatory responses and the hormonal
impact of
food.
